                             Thoughts

We all have come across to struggle with our daily based thoughts.. whether that was bad or worst no matter; that affect your health.
If the thoughts are belong to your good or happy memories or memories of your loved ones, that helps you to overcome from bad or worst Thoughts.. and that will result in your good mood and mental well being. 
So mostly try to avoid bad Thoughts and concentrate on living a happy and stressless life.

mostly try to communicate with your friends which was necessary but rare; cause most of thoughts which was bad only comes from your most trusted persons; and that was we don't want but only Truth have to accept. So communicate with friends but not totally and try not to tell each and every weak points or emotions of you to everyone.

Do meditation on daily basis not exactly morning but whenever there is quiate surrounding.
